📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by managing customer inquiries and orders.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.,Support marketing efforts by promoting products and services.,Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions.,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
