In this role, you will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and execution of interior and MEP projects. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled professionals, including site supervisors, foremen, and tradespeople. Your expertise in construction management, safety protocols, and project oversight will be crucial in delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of interior and MEP projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage and mentor a team of site supervisors, foremen, and tradespeople, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Utilize construction management software such as Procore, BuildZoom, or similar tools to track project progress and manage documentation.
• Collaborate with the design team to address any design-related issues that may arise during construction.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders, including project managers and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site supervision, with a focus on interior and MEP projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore, BuildZoom, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
