Bahagia Anggi Fashion is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to join our team in Ubud, Bali. As an Inventory Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our inventory system. You will be responsible for tracking stock levels, ensuring accurate records, and supporting the warehouse team in various inventory-related tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and update inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Assist in the receiving and inspection of goods to prevent stock discrepancies.,Support the warehouse team in inventory audits and cycle counts.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to manage inventory levels.,Maintain clean and organized inventory records and reports.,Assist in the implementation of new inventory management systems or processes.,Provide support to the warehouse team in resolving inventory-related issues.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software or tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
