📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
