📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Lead and mentor HR team members.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to improve workplace productivity and morale.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
