Cafe Vera Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Nurse to join our team in Gowa. We are a growing coffee shop chain with a strong commitment to providing excellent service and a welcoming environment for our customers.

As a Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the health and well-being of our staff, ensuring that we maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in our workplace. You will also be involved in training and developing our nursing staff to help them reach their full potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the health and well-being of staff, ensuring they receive regular health check-ups and vaccinations.
  • Ensure that our workplace maintains high standards of hygiene and safety, including regular cleaning and disinfection.
  • Coordinate with our medical team to ensure that any health issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Train and develop our nursing staff, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the administration of our first aid kit and ensure that it is always stocked and ready for use.
  • Work closely with our management team to ensure that our health and safety policies are up-to-date and effective.
  • Ensure that all staff receive regular training on health and safety procedures.
  • Oversee the implementation of our health and safety policies in the workplace.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in training and developing staff.
  • Familiarity with coffee shop operations and a passion for the industry.
  • Ability to work well in a team and as part of a larger team.
