📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update job postings on career portals and company website.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
