📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.,Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and support to team members.,Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies.,Participate in the Supervisor Development Program, including training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Willingness to travel and work in Sulawesi Selatan for the duration of the program.
