📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to improve service quality.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Report to senior management on sales performance and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or sales.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
