📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and organization of training programs and workshops.,Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and handouts.,Conduct training sessions and provide support to trainers as needed.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the coordination of training resources and logistics.,Support the HR department in the development and implementation of training strategies.,Assist in the evaluation and selection of training vendors and providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
