SHIFT Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team in Manado. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to start right away. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Monitor bank accounts and reconcile bank statements with company records.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial support to the accounting team and other departments as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
