📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Manage and supervise the sales team, providing guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the fruit industry or similar.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and operational management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and logistics.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and sales software is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
