In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth inventory processes, and supporting the Store Admin in achieving store objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Assist in the preparation and organization of merchandise for display.,Support the Store Admin in managing store personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data related to store performance and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of store facilities.,Participate in store promotions and special events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
