📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance local governance and public services.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of digital projects, ensuring they align with the goals of the Kabupaten Bangka Belitung.
• Collaborate with local governments and community leaders to identify and address digital needs and challenges.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and promote best practices in digital governance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital governance, public administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation strategies and best practices.
• Proven experience in managing and implementing digital projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital tools and software such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, and project management tools like Trello or Asana.
• Certification in digital governance or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
