📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages, including bubble tea, coffee, and other specialty drinks.
• Maintain and clean all barista equipment, ensuring optimal performance and hygiene.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for beverage preparation, quality control, and customer service.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of ingredients and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience for all customers.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in beverage preparation and customer service.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with bubble tea (boba) preparation methods and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
