In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You'll work closely with managers and employees to create a positive and productive work environment, ensuring that our team is supported and motivated to achieve their best.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure we bring the best talent to our team.
• Manage employee relations, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Develop and implement performance management systems to support employee growth.
• Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance our team's skills.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR systems and processes using tools like BambooHR and QuickBooks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CHRP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools like BambooHR, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
