Rejeki Fitri Bakery is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning and development, and a strong understanding of educational principles. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers to integrate training into the overall performance management process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of educational principles and training methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and e-learning platforms.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
