📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the intellectual and developmental needs of gifted students.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity and critical thinking.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing personalized feedback and support.
- Collaborate with a team of educators to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning experience for all students.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices in early childhood and elementary education.
- Participate in school-wide events and activities, contributing to the overall success and growth of the school community.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of student performance and attendance.
- Promote a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student growth and development.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or elementary setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories.
- Experience working with gifted and talented students is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for inspiring and nurturing young minds.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
