Rumah Sakit Vera Shop is looking for a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the inventory system to ensure accurate stock levels.,Perform regular physical inventory counts to reconcile system records with actual stock.,Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory to ensure it meets quality standards.,Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to inventory receipts.,Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management.,Support the warehouse team in picking, packing, and shipping orders.,Ensure compliance with all inventory policies and procedures.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
