📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and optimize supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
