📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the CPPC, ensuring efficient collection, processing, and packaging of agricultural products.
• Lead and manage a team of 20-30 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Optimize resource utilization, including machinery, manpower, and materials, to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and sustainability in the supply chain.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations across the organization.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the agricultural or food processing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management methodology is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with agricultural standards and regulations, including HACCP and ISO certifications.
