📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and training initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify compliance risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions and workshops to employees and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on compliance activities and training progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with PQCC standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation.
  • Support the HR team in the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of compliance strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of PQCC standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training software is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented.
