Food Shine Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team. As a Store Admin, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Process and manage orders, including order picking, packing, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Prepare and maintain reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the store's physical and digital systems.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and meet customer expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Proficient in using inventory management software.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
