📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounts.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance and budget.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to the relevant authorities.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
