Oxydata Software is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our business growth in the Microsoft Cloud space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, a deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud solutions, and the ability to build and maintain key relationships with clients and partners. This position is remote and based in Bali, Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive growth in the Microsoft Cloud space.,Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on Microsoft Cloud solutions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development strategies.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.,Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud solutions and their applications in various industries.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business tools.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
