📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staff management, and inventory control.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery by training and supervising staff.
• Manage and develop the clinic's marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Seven Retail Group team to drive overall business growth and success.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or beauty industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a clinic or similar business.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with clinic management software such as Practice Fusion or EMR systems.
• Certification in a relevant field, such as Medical Aesthetics or Skin Care, is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
