📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize end-to-end sea and land freight operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain processes.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on logistics performance and key metrics.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in sea and land freight.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and international trade regulations.
