📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on production equipment and automation lines.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and optimizations.
• Monitor and maintain documentation of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards.
• Participate in shift work to support continuous production operations.
• Work with PLCs, SCADA systems, and other industrial automation tools.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
• Knowledge of SCADA systems and HMI interfaces.
• Certification in industrial safety practices (e.g., OSHA, SHEQ).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Experience with CNC machines and robotic systems is a plus.
