📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and implement scalable and efficient data solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and other team members to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in data engineering and analytics, and apply this knowledge to our projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and grow within the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our projects align with the overall business strategy and goals.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the quality and maintainability of our codebase.
  • Identify and address technical debt, ensuring that our codebase remains clean, efficient, and easy to maintain.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications and designs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, software architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with data warehousing and analytics tools such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
