🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical operations management
• Certification in Healthcare Quality Improvement (CHQI) or similar preferred
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations and compliance regulations
• Proficient in using Epic EMR and Power BI
