📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Cargill’s premium products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local farmers, agribusinesses, and distributors.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the agricultural sector.
• Secure long-term contracts and negotiate favorable terms with clients.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers on product usage and application.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team and management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase Cargill’s products and network with potential clients.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field in the agricultural sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian agricultural market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using sales software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
