- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Knowledge of business process modeling tools like Visio or Lucidchart
- Certification in Odoo ERP or related business analysis certifications is a plus
