📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and confirm guest reservations using our in-house reservation system, Ensygnia.
• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Uphold our restaurant’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist in organizing special events and private functions.
• Provide excellent table service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food presentation is a plus.
• Certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
